The banks negotiating to indemnify the title firms against liability is just a prelude to what I've been saying about a flawed process in the big non-judicial foreclosure states: third party filing firms have been having their field contractors print, sign and file notices under duress and without any lawful capacity to execute such signatures. Can't indemnify against criminal culpability. This goes much deeper than the rest of the media has been willing to investigate. We've reported on this for weeks. It'll be funny once someone bothers to look into this further and spread the word far and wide to the already righteously outraged lawmakers. lol
