I took you up on your offer and did indeed respond offline to you directly this AM with more info. Not too sure what level of expertise you have in the foreclosures and I know that there are differences between states, so I went fairly long on my email. even then, i used a number of colloquialisms to get the process across and some of those terms are not strictly applicable to the exact process, but i think you'll grasp the ideas pretty easily. thanks for listening.
