Bless you for what you are doing.  Please save the big dogs that are labelled as aggresive or unfriendly at the pound just because they are big. My husband and I have adopted 2 abandoned large dogs.  The one rescue we have now was abandoned by its owner in the basement of his foreclosed house.  they are the most loving.  Wish we were close enough to help.
