The "story" with US Title was that their client did not pay them. I do recall back a few years ago that they were doing work for Indymac Bank, which went under. Still,  this is no excuse because people seem to be complaining about payment issues even now. I'm surprised they are still in business, you would think by now their reputation would have preceeded itself.
