This company is a major player.  Wondering where refinance title work has gone?  I ran them in Fairfax County VA (over one million pop in FFX) by Title Company.  Since the beginnning of Feb of this year, there are well over 500 documents filed, many of them Trusts.  I think the local abstractor is starting to look an awful lot like a dinosaur.
