I wanted to touch base with Nathan with respect to his comments.  First of all, he has not been paid yet; however, I believe a check will be going out to him in the next couple of days.  I do apologize for the delay in sending same to him.  It was not my intention to not pay Nathan.  There were some issues beyond our control; however, they have now been remedied.

Also with respect to Janis Talbot, I believe she has us confused with another party.  We have never been located in the area she specifies and I am not aware of any monies owed to her by 21st.  If she would please retract her statement, I would very much appreciate.
