Well-- and maybe this is just a PR move on their part-- at least some of the people they hire to do the verification have experience working in title businesses. But while their material mentions a 5-step QA process, the only QA task they mention is this side-by-side comparison of scanned documents vs. extracted data. I suppose they could take note of things like marginal notes at this point-- but what could they possibly be doing with that information in such a short amount of QA time? And that's assuming that exactly the correct documents are pulled-- how can the QA people be sure?
Here's a brochure that shows their setup and gives brief work bios of some of their employees. The brochure is from 2008 so the info could be a bit dated.
