I won't sink to insulted responses, but no, I assure you I am not a bot. l am a real person; have never had any issues with this company and have worked with a few of their employees in the past as well when they were with other companies. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but mine was not at all a bad experience.
Should a company decide not to send you, us, orders any longer, that's their choice. Likely a better price is found or a better turn around time is found. Who knows. Just giving my experience with the company as the question was posed.
