Just had an abstractor submit a report for a Two Owner search:
(1) Did not cite on the summary all the deeds that they included, even though the property goes in and out of a trust.
(2) Did not provide the recording information for the plat.
(3) Did not note on the report that the property is IN FORECLOSURE. They included the Substitution of Trustee copy but did not cite it on the summary report.
(4) No notation about whether judgments were checked despite that being a standard requirement and the property being IN FORECLOSURE.
"None of my other clients complain!"
