I'm talking to another agent right now to see if they can do anything for us.  I believe my client has only been in touch with me.  I was hoping it was a misposting due to county error but there if no way to find out if it was misindexed and then fixed later on.  There is no way to pay out the money for the claim it was a missed mortgage.  I think my main concern is what happens to the business if the claim goes through and I can't pay the deductible.  We are just scraping by at this point just like alot of others are.  Thanks for all your help!
