I had the same problem, only with alot more money $2700. I told them I would put their name in every single courthouse, that Abstractors should beware that these people do not pay and do not do anything for them. I travel to 98% of the counties in Kentucky.  Then, I got an e-mail from Sarah McClean. She is responsible for getting me paid. They have paid everything but $574., which I was told today that it has been sent. The checks do clear by the way. And Abstrax LLC also goes by another different name I found out. Linear Title. If you have a problem, I would think Sarah McClean is the person you talk to.
