:-)  Have all of those!  You and I have always shared MUCH more exotic receipes!  BTW, if you are ever in Troy, NY, you should go to Bootleggers.  A school friend of mine is the new chef there and he just came in a very close 2nd place for the Chowder competition.  Or, if you are in Highland, NY, you should go to the butcher shop there - another friend of mine (a CIA graduate) runs it, makes all his own sausages and won a BBQ competition at the local county fairs this summer.
