Search the discussion board. There is only one satisfied searcher for these people. Another poster's Red Flag is title companies which frequently switch searchers probably are not paying the ones left behind.  Aracor has not payed me for most of this year's work, has a stated policy of not paying searchers and yet is out  recruiting new searchers.
