Just received a query from this company and a follow up phone call. When I let them know that they have a reputation for not paying their vendors based on Source of Title forums, they did not even bother to refute the claim or try to offer an explanation. 

This is why I love this forum. We can provide real information to each other about the good and the bad companies. I always check Source of Title before signing on with any new company so I don't end up doing work for free.
