Florida is one of the high risk states, esp now with the rampant fraud, foreclosures, etc.  They're lucky their rates aren't higher.

I akin it to the 21 year old male driving a 2012 Corvette convertible, 10 speeding tickets in 5 years 3 DUI's in 12 months

Alabama is the 55 female, driving a 2000 Ford Taurus, had 1 tickent in almost 40 years.
