This company is located not too far from me here in southwest PA, and I’ve talked to a couple of local abstractors who have had the same issues.  If memory serves, this is the same outfit that recently took out a display ad in the Classified section of one of our local newspapers saying they were hiring.  If that’s the case, then one has to wonder if they aren’t just laying a big sob story on their vendors as an excuse to delay payment.  Just one man’s opinion.
