This company has been passed around to about 5 different abstractors since January of 2012.  They require full copies of everything which is very costly in Delaware County.  Their pay schedule is 60 days so if you can't afford to make the copies don't take the account.  I've been told several times that my check is being mailed and have received nothing.  Beware!!
