I agree. It is not out of the realm that in certain situations it is virtually impossible for the borrower to come to me.  However, that is the rare occasion and not the norm.  I still think it best to conduct closings in office during business hours.  I honestly think most people prefer that over a kitchen table environment.  But, maybe I am just old school -:)
