Standard response, huh?  Apparently, it's the same email when he was setitlesolutions.  Another Abstractor received and email from him last week and it was the same address.  Of course, he was putting her off, again, after she has sent him the same invoice 6 maybe 7 times.  He is disputing everything and saying he doesn't have the records to back it up/or he didn't approve the charge.  scum....

I wish you luck, Anmber - honestly.  I think he is under the impression that if he delays long enough, people will just give up.
