- A two owner residential search in any of these counties is $60 + copies cost
- A full 50 year residential search or from the Developer's deed in any of these counties is $125 + copies cost.
- Commercial searches are $250.00 for the first hour and $125/hr after that plus copies cost.
I send and receive all orders by email. I have found faxes don't always go through or pages go missing therefore, I prefer that orders be sent through email. All of my work gets scanned in .pdf format and would be returned via email.
