It hasn't been communicated generally.  I just got my first ad from an abstractor who obtained such a certification.  It will be an added expense, as you will have to subscribe to their premium search engines rather than using the free public sites to get a quick look.  That's 21 different counties with 21 different fee structures.  And Gloucester County, the county that started this thread, still has their site down.  You have to go in person.
