No offense but I have been getting a lot of back chain searches from clients that used online only researchers. 

At least you have the experience and are familiar with your search areas. 

These offshore outfits have no clue and merely complicate many transactions.

My service ensures a complete search done at the time it's ordered, that's all I'm saying.

P.S. Despite online records being law since 2000, many counties did not make ALL records available online and there were various dates of availability. Most counties are compliant but occasionally a chain stretches further, and the searcher has to access county records in person.
