At first I also thought this was a spin-off from NREIS but no longer. I've been speaking with Elaine Wagner, who is very professional. She sent me out a vendor package, I filled it out and our communications so far have been positive. She said they have been up and running for about 3 years and they are working to expand into several more states. I haven't done any work for them yet, they are new to PA but I will wait and see how it works out. I was told they pay within 30-45 days after receipt of invoice. We shall see.
