Source of Title Forums: Re: Companies Who Don't Pay or Pay Only by Their Rules

I've done quite a bit of work for U.S. Title Solutions and have never had a problem getting paid or reworking the terms of a price quote for a search that turned out to be more complex than it originally appeared. I would highly recommend working with them.
