This is something NALTEA is interested in.  I suggest you contact the President with any other comments and suggestions you have regarding this issue.  A subscription to this publication is expensive and well over my business budget.  Has anyone read the article in its entirety?  Those of us who actually work in our local county offices need to stand up to preserve our craft.
