You might check out Fox Point Programs, Inc. They are insurance brokers with an Abstractor program. They were easy to work with and saved me a ton of money over what I was paying TIAC. I got $1,000,000 coverage for $1,125 (and I don't have to pay ALTA membership dues anymore). I was paying more than that for $500,000 coverage under TIAC ( + ALTA fees).
