Easement should be specifics as to each party's responsibility to the driveway ( ie: 1/2 shared interest, each party agrees to pay their portion of maint, snow removal, etc.)
Or it just may be the right to use the driveway - Driveway belongs to party A (may be property description only belongs to Lot 10 in Block 12 giving Lot 9, Block 12 the right to use) to Party B
Both parties may own a % - one party may hold 100% interest granting the 2nd party passage across the driveway.
There may be more than 2 parties affect, Lot 10, 12, 13 Block 9 have the right to use for ingress and egress the driveway belonging to Lot 11 Block 9
Your party would want to know if the easement can be terminated for any reason, b/c that may affect their ability to acess the property.
