I have no questions about your company.  It's just that you appear to be looking for fill in abstractors who can make themselves available to do work that your online division can't do, which is fine, if that's what you're offering.  I have been affiliated with companies from all over the country & from abroad as well - sometimes happily, sometimes not so happily.  One of my worst experiences was with a company who wanted a local yokel who could do walk in title searching.   The online crew based in India sat on orders, until they discovered that they couldn't complete them from halfway around the world.  Then & only then, those orders arrived in my inbox, tagged ultra, super, mega rush with an accompanying batch of phone calls & emails wanting to know where their  completed work order was.  That lasted about two months for me.  It just wasn't a workable scenario.  Perhaps for someone else it would be.

I like my clients.  They're the best.  Even though it's slow they're all still sending me what work they've got- not trying to do it inhouse to save a few dollars.    I get a wide variety of orders, residential, commercial whatever & I am decently compensated for my time.  I've been doing this work since 1975 & while I will admit to being kind of a fossil, I understand that the local craft guild aspect of this work has gone the way of the dinosaur.
