Yes, this is why I stopped doing Judgment runs by request. Often the Fly by nights as I call them, contact me and want me to obtain copies for them.  I realized early on that this just cut into my own business. They always want the copies in a hurry with no up front fee.  and generally there were a lot of suits.  I believe the only way I survived the crunch was thru this policy. Now I do a lot of clean up for the Insurance companies.  They found out the hard way!
