I'd say a title examiner is the title agent examining the abstract or search. Therefore an abstractor or searcher searches the county records. The title examiner puts the information into either an uninsured property report (Property status) or creates a commitment/binder to insure.
That would be the only correction, since in many states, you must be licensed in order to make a Report on Title/Title Opinion or effect title insurance to create the Title Commitment/Binder to insure.to post a reply:
