A  friend of mine was asked to allow a  credit check, along with a driving record, on top of what was referred to as general background check.  What's your credit rating Mr. Broker?  What do any of these have to do with going  into a  courthouse and doing title ?  With so many  abstractors being  out of  work I can  only guess  what  their credit  rating  may be now.  We are  independent contractors.  What's next ?  A pre-employment rectal exam?
