I try to look in my Search Bank to see if I have done a search before. Sometimes, there isn’t time or I don’t have search bank on or with me so I go ahead and start a search with chain of title. I figure if I did it before, I can always go back to search. If I find I have done search before, I make a copy of adverse sheets. Then start updating search. I think having good records would cut down on search time especially if find out did a search before.
