I also used to do a ton of title work for them but in the past 2 years, all they have used me for are document retrievals, so I raised my price. The volume has dropped off tremendously for me as well because they want me to lower my fees. I can't stay in business just by "fetching copies".  One thing I do not understand is why they need my E&O for copy retrievals?
