I was doing work for Zodiac Title for 5 years and they merged with First Equity last year. I never had a problem with Zodiac paying so I wrongly assumed First Equity was reputable. I have since learned that they are not. They paid me a fraction of what they owe me about every 8 weeks. The staff from Zodiac went to First Equity and would assure me I would be paid. Most of the Zodiac staff has since left there so who knows what is going on. Lesson learned. they are deadbeats.
