Web search puts them in New Jersey.  NJ business entity search says they've been in business since 2009.  Their website says they've been working for "two decades" but that doesn't line up with the 2009 incorporation date.

I didn't do a thorough read, but their website says they're IT consultants so perhaps they're trying to get into another line of work.  This is an India-based company as far as I can tell.
