Did a Document Retrieval for them in October 2018 and never got paid in spite of phone messages and emails. They contacted us in February to do a Commercial Full Title Search for them and I informed them that they hadn't paid for prior work. They claimed they had issues in their accounting dept. and had gotten them straightened out and sent a check over night and we did the search. Fast forward to May, I finally get a live voice after several attempts and emails again and spoke to "James" who assured me they would send a check out immediately...…..Here we are in July and still no check, no answer to email and no live voice answers or returns calls. This company will not pay you until the next time they need a search done!
