I haven't been keeping up with the news lately, so this may be old news, I don't know.  I see that Zillow is hiring someone to run their national title production division and not just to do closings.  They want someone who can work with offshore employees to do title searches, title examination, commitments, curative, policy issuance, the whole shebang.  Now you can find your new house on Zillow and they will handle everything, from your title search, your mortgage, your insurance, your closing, your movers, anything and everything you need, all conveniently located on one website. I think this could be really bad for freelancers and title companies. What do you think?
