Hi Paula. To each his own for sure. But the L. Ron Hubbard management style is great, and many successful title companies use it. I can think of 4 or 5 off the top of my head. You might miss out on working for some good companies if you close yourself off to it. For example, NTC is a great company to work for. We have worked for them for years.
