There is a post from July about this company and someone said they pay quickly.

HOWEVER, I got the same red flag as someone else.  When you press them about where they are registered, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND WITH AN ANSWER.  So they are, for all intents and purposes, lying about being an LLC.  They may pay now, but good luck collecting when the close up shop and re-open as another India company. 

Here is the entire e-mail conversation between us. 

 Me:  I find no record of your company in the Georgia Corporation/business entity search site. Please explain.

"Anna Thomas":  We are not registered in Georgia, if you are worried about the payment, we can do a direct transfer.

Me:   I'm worried about transparency. If you are not registered in Georgia, where are you registered? The only way for me to do due diligence on your company is to check first and foremost that you are what you say you are: an LLC and registered in the United States.

"Anna Thomas":  We are not registered in Georgia but are working out of Georgia. We have various vendors working for us, if you would have asked, I could have provided you with various references from our vendors. For now, please cancel this order as we needed this in rush and I am handling just the operations and you were a part of the vendor list so contacted you.

they may have a bit of trouble finding someone else as I've warned everyone that I know covers that particular Michigan County......
