Mid-Sized title production office seeks examiners / searchers.

If you are a self-motivated individual with experience producing O&E's and Title Search Reports, come join our team.

We are seeking individuals who are interested in creating high quality searches for our varied client base. The flexibility of the job allows for individuals to work from home or the office and the ablility to work flex hours.

While the main office provides direction and support, examiners are expected to work independently and efficiently. Timelines, due dates and communication are the absolute requirements for the position. As an examiner, you will be responsible for your assigned workload and clearly communicating any issue with the home office.

New examiners  are welcomed as they can be paired with seasoned and experienced examiners upon hiring. Ongoing training and support are provided throughout your career.

The ideal candidate has the experience and/or training to produce quality O&E's and Title Search Reports for properties throughout the state of Florida.  We prefer two to five years of experience. He or she must have strong communication and good computer/technology skills.

We will consider independent examiners to work on contract, however, we are looking to fill this as a full time position.

  • Generous salary with bonuses

  • Flexible Schedule

  • Healthcare Stipend

  • Work from Home or Office

  • Generous Vacation Plan

Please send an email with your resume to hr@theforsetigroup.com.

Please Note:  We can not work with out of country examiners.
