Did a ton of work for them in the past. The last 2 years, not so much.

I received an email from them last week asking for my feedback on them. I obliged. The woman I spoke with asked if she could get back with me this week to see what could be done to steer more orders my way. She works in the Vendor Relations Department.

Has anyone else been contacted by them to see if their order volume could be increased? If so, care to compare notes?
