We are having trouble collecting a payment from Southeast Abstracting Title Services of Knoxville, TN,  vendor manager Kim Boyd.  We started working with them in January 2017, and we extended them credit.  They ran up several thousand in jobs, and then stopped using us, and only made one small payment in about 6 1/2 months.  We have been calling and emailing patiently for months, and they have never made any attempt to work out a payment plan with us.  Needless to say this is alarming, and of course we should have done more due diligence on them before we extended them credit.  Fortunately, we religiously put a portion of our income into savings to cover the occasional non-paying client, and we were easily able to pay our vendors for these jobs.  But of course, we would like to be paid.  Does anyone have any info about them?
