I've never had a problem with Knowledge Splice but it would be a good idea to keep the abstractors informed about interoffice changes. We have 1 email for the company in India or Pakistan. Can't remember where. And we have 1 contact for accounts. Your letter just now informs me of Mike Jones's absence. That would have been nice to know.

Please issue an email to all of your abstractors as far as contact changes, invoice changes, etc.
