As mentioned earlier in the Discussion forum, I'm now announcing the availability of a title report creation tool.
Some of you may have tried my previous version of a title report creation tool. When I first published the first version, I received close to a dozen email inquiries about their interest in it. In the meantime, some also pointed out that they need different forms to suit different clients' needs. And I took such input to heart, today I'm announcing the availability of a new Title Report Creation tool that has overcome previous shortcoming.
This new tool gives you the total Flexibility of customizing fields in the report yourself. See the following screen shots, it combines simplicity and flexibility. 3 Easy Steps.
Step 1, Design your Form
Notes:
(1) Notice the [Insert] button at the very top, right below Property Information header? It allows you to add a new field
(2) And the [x] button allows you to remove an existing field

Step 2, Select and Use your Form (to enter data and create your report)
Notes:
(1) See the [ Company ] field at the top? It was added from the template dynamically.

Step 3, Actual Title Report (generated using the above form, created in Step 2)

In addition, you'll have the freedom to choose a one-time fee for the software or pay as we go, pay a low monthly fee for it.
