I've been paying attention to SoT for more than a few weeks...  Several allegations of non-payment of title service make me think that title research work for some at least (I don't mean those who made such allegations) may be getting tight...  Here's one thought to expand service.  Were I a potential house buyer I would definitely be interested in the demographics of the potential house, thus, while doing title research for a residential property, why not offer to gather demographic info as well?  I would think it's sensible.  With the same toke, were I interested in a commercial property I would want to know the local economy etc.  hence, gathering such info and offer them as additional service would seem be of value.
