If you're an independent title researcher/abstractor or own a small title research company or a law firm that has title practice, one of the following two Title Report web app may suit your need.

Here's some basic scoop about me: I live in North Carolina and I've been a software engineer for twenties years and counting, that usually translates into less likelihood of bug for coding (one previous similar app seems to prove this assertion).

Here's the first Title Report (demo web app 1):   Key info, title is laid out more along two paths of  "PROPERTY RELATED INSTRUMENTS" and "NAME RELATED INSTRUMENTS" .

The morning of Feb 18 (last Thursday) I emailed this client of mine about this web system, she responded positively including "I love it and use it everyday!" (she's been using it for almost three years now). Thus, this app has been in use for a few years without problem, hence, its reliability has been proven.

Here's the second Title Report (demo web app 2), it's based one a new client requirements.  Key info, title is laid out more along the lines of common conventions of "DEEDS", "MORTGAGES", "LIENS" etc.  This new app has some great FLEXIBILITY, that is, report can also be saved / created as a Word doc, hence, you can download it, edit or do whatever else with it as well.
