HELP!  PLEASE!!!

I have gotten (thru date) two 2015 1099-MISC forms from companies I did ZERO work for in 2015.  Has anyone else had that happen?  Can anyone tell me what steps to take??? I had, in past years, done work for these 2 firms...but nothing in 2015....thanks to all!
