I have asked this of my Minnesota people before, but those e-mails are long gone and I foolishly did not save copies.
I have a client who's bent out of shape asking about abstractor licensing in Minnesota. I know from a very big client (you would all recognize the name) that because there is no certification or title insurance being provided -- information only -- the licensing doesn't actually kick in.
Can someone in MN give me some input that will put this client's mind at ease and make them stop bugging me?? :-)
