We are located in the Philadelphia suburbs & this company has BEAT a few abstractors & are on Abstractors Watchdog web site- I have 3 different abstractors in the 6 county area that have been BEAT for their services- PLEASE d not do their work- They are committing fraud- One abstractor contacted the West Virginia State Attorneys office with no luck!  That abstractor thinks it's because he not from West Virginia- POST this company in EVERY courthouse, so other fellow abstractors do not get  ripped off- Capstone Title Services PROMISE you payment & never pay- Get the word out there!
