Mark...Apparently your 9 whole  months of searching experience  {yes, I Googled you...} did not include rural areas, where, as in VT...Clerks' Offices are open limited hours and are not close in proximity...most being 30-60 minutes apart....Being rude  is not called for, either...Good Luck finding anyone to work for you...
